Randy Wiemer is a well-known and respected member of the real estate industry. He has been a licensed California REALTOR® since 2005 and holds a Broker’s License. He is currently the Designated Broker for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate – Leaskou Partners. Randy also holds additional credentials as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP), certified e-PRO agent, Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification (SFR).

He has served as the Palm Springs Regional Association of REALTOR® (PSRAR) CEO/Association Executive, Board of Director’s PSRAR, Chairman of the Local Governmental Relations Committee, Professional Standards Committee and was awarded PSRAR REALTOR of the Year in 2009 and was also recognized in 2014 with the Association’s prestigious Presidents Award. In 2020 he was awarded the Palm Springs Regional Association of REALTORS Special Recognition Award.

Prior to his work in real estate, Randy was an active-duty member of the US Air Force for over 20 years. He is a Master Navigator, banking over 2,790 hours of flight time in numerous aircraft and served as a Presidential Advance Officer for Air Force One. Randy retired from the Air Force as a Major in 2004. During his service, he was the recipient of numerous awards and decorations including a Combat Readiness Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Aerial Achievement Medal, and Navy & Marine Corps Commendation Medal.

Randy holds his Master’s Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and his B.S. from Florida State University.
